Chief Digitizer and Project Manager
If you’re crew, then Riley is your guy. Always coming and going from dockyards,
crew and tradespeople have nicknamed him the “stowaway.”
Riley is our onsite professional, meeting with captains, crews and engineers to share ideas through all stages of a project. As our chief digitizer, he uses ProLiner software to create 3D images of a vessel, the critical first step in measuring, manufacturing and fitting our hand-sewn goods.
Most notably he held important roles at ServPro, one of the three biggest restoration companies in the country, where he worked on properties owned by a who’s who of celebrities, CEOs and sports stars. While there, he gained experience reverse-engineering and restoring homes and commercial buildings; as a project manager he went on to oversee large disaster relief projects across the country and internationally.
No refit is too complex for Riley, whose creative background ensures that technical work yields a beautiful yacht. A son of artists, he was raised in a glass studio. He went on to study with master carpenters abroad, while pursuing his passion for glass – he has also worked as an assembler of Chihuly chandeliers, composed of hundreds of blown, glass elements making up elaborate, intricate compositions.
Like everyone in our industry, Riley loves adventure. He spent several years in Hawaii where he surfed, paddle-boarded, and raced canoes competitively. He is currently on of the top paddle athletes in Florida.
